Publication Support Program:

The Writing Centre can provide ongoing assistance to publish for a non-specialist audience through the publication support program. Through the program participants develop a publishing project in consultation with editors, agents and publishers. Stage 3, manuscript sponsorship, offers participants the chance to receive an editorial mentorship to pursue their project.

The centre has awarded 57 sponsorships since mid-2006.

Consultations

The centre also offers informal consultations on translating research into a book, (newspaper or popular magazine) article or website for a wider audience.
