This workshop is for Graduate Researchers at the University of Melbourne only.

Gone are the days of self-publishing as the desperate, self-indulgent, last resort you go to when no-one will look at your book proposal (self publishing 1.0, if you like). Self-publishing has now been reborn in the digital age and self-publishing version 2.0 is a viable commercial alternative that allows the writer to wrestle back control from the publisher and communicate much more quickly and effectively to a targeted niche audience. This workshop will ensure participants are aware of all the exciting options available to them and look at planning the route from original idea to successful, self-published writing.

Presented by Mr Simon Clews, Director, Melbourne Engagement Lab, Melbourne Centre for the Study of Higher Education.

Registration is essential and will open approximately three weeks before the workshop. Please sign up to the Melbourne Engagement Lab Expressions of Interest List to be notified when registrations open.
