Establishing a Public Profile

This workshop is for Graduate Researchers at the University of Melbourne only.

Without a public profile, it is very hard to exert influence or to take part in the public debate – just two of the many expectations of the engaged academic these days. Having a public profile is also a very useful basis for a successful career path - both inside and outside the Academy. This session will help participants develop a strategic approach to becoming ‘someone’ and getting themselves and their ideas noticed.
