Zotero: Take Things Further

Organise and keep track of your research and work preparation with Zotero – a free, open source reference management software designed to collect, store, share, manage and cite sources.

More than just writing and citing, Zotero is a swiss army knife of tools for researchers. This open source software makes it easy to find, manage and organise your reading materials and notes. Community built add-ons can extend what you can achieve with your collections, and provide you with well-structured information to use with other analysis software.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the session attendees will understand how the functionality of Zotero can be expanded with add-on modules, and be aware of how various digital workflow methods can help them work more efficiently.  Attendees will gain an understanding of some key import and export options and their interoperability with other research software or information services.
