Request an evidence of enrolment or evidence of qualification statement
Currently enrolled graduate researchers can request an Evidence of Enrolment, or Evidence of Qualification, statement free of charge that will be emailed to your unimelb student email address immediately via my.unimelb (SSO login required to access).
Access to these forms is only available if you have an active student account.
Create an Evidence of Enrolment statement
The free Evidence of Enrolment letter includes the following information:
- Your Student ID number
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- Your course name
- Thesis title
- Department
- Discipline(s)
- Commencement date
- Date candidature confirmed
- Expected thesis submission date (or actual thesis submission date if you have submitted)
- Expected completion date
- Supervisor(s)
- Enrolment status
- Current leave of absence
- EFTSL consumed to date
- Maximum EFTSL
- Your status as a full-time or part-time candidate
- A note that the language of instruction is English
- Signature of an authorised delegate of the Academic Registrar.
